The Practice Operating Architecture Workbench runs in your browser. Your assessment answers, workflow inventory, weekly review, and AI role cards are stored in your browser’s local storage so you can return to them. They are not submitted to RN Collins, Aloha AI, an AI model, or a database by this site.
You control exports. Downloaded Markdown, JSON, CSV, and print/PDF files remain on your device unless you choose to share them. Clearing site data in your browser or using the workbench’s reset control removes the saved browser copy.
Do not enter confidential, privileged, regulated, client-identifying, health, legal, financial, or other sensitive information. Use categories and sanitized descriptions instead.
Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamps for delivery, security, and operational logging. LinkedIn and RN Selected Work links are governed by those services’ practices.
Any future client engagement will use a separate written agreement defining what information is collected, why, where it is stored, who can access it, retention, subprocessors, and deletion.
