The Practice Operating Architecture Workbench is a free, browser-based planning tool. It generates deterministic suggestions from the answers you enter. Its maturity scores are reflective heuristics, not certification, benchmarking, or a guarantee of business results.
You may use and adapt your exported plan and blank schema files for your own practice. The One-Person-Firm OS name, interface, explanatory copy, and underlying product design remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.
The workbench is provided as-is. You remain responsible for validating recommendations, choosing tools, maintaining records, protecting information, supervising AI use, and complying with contracts and applicable professional obligations.
